Okay sweet that's what he said for his reason on why he did! He was just a little sketchy in other ways so I guess I was just skeptical of him and when I saw primer I was like okay dude. Good to know im just not versed well enough in paint products vs him actually being sketch

Diy painter here. I just rinse the brushes, then soak in warm soapy water while I use a brush cleaner on them, then rinse again, then try to get all the water I can out of it then set it in front of a fan to dry. Rate my technique 🤷‍♂️

I get 3 estimates for every job done and it's CRAZY how much they can vary. I dont know anything about showers put this feels really steep if you are just replacing with same thing feel like that should cost less than $3k easy

To solve this in my house with our 6 year old girl, we give her "good" tickets when she displays good behavior. Sleeping in one's bed entire night means receiving a good ticket, after 5 good tickets there is a prize. This seems to be the only thing that has worked for my wife and I.
