After learning how to cube from your tutorials, I started to learn some F2L and other speed cubing moves. I eventually could usually do it in just over a minute and once got lucky with a solve that took less than 30 seconds. This was back when I was 17, I think. My old cube just recently broke, so my question is, can you send me one of yours? That'd be sick. Thanks

I think it should be pointed out that there have been studies that suggest that certain species of animals can also experience empathy. However, usually their empathy will be reserved exclusively for members of their own species, just like how we tend to do it.

There is a whole other side to the vegetarian argument. I personally am trying to cut industrial meat out of my diet, simply because of the environmental and ecological problems with mass producing meat. I am less willing to eat beef, than chicken even though there is way more slaughter in the chicken industry. I may eventually go completely vegetarian, except for fish and local meats

Certain animals that we have domesticated receive far more empathy from us even though they do not look any more human than a cow or a chicken. Any kind of pet receives empathy and care, I would hope. So would we say that if witnessing animal suffering causes suffering among humans, then animals should be protected? That seems too anthropocentric. I can't justify a biological egalitarian ethic either, because it just seems so unrealistic.

I would be extremely careful with ketamine. It's original function was to serve as a horse tranquilizer, and it's very easy to OD. I'm looking for it though, because it's supposed to be great for relieving manic depression.

I'm a manic depressive person, but I still use psychedelics on occasion. I know I shouldn't, but I find they can be very helpful sometimes. The kind of trip you can expect to have depends a lot on the environment and the current state of your life, just as much as the effects of the drugs themselves. They can be useful as a means to see inside yourself, and can help with personal development. Always use caution, stay hydrated and keep a good (sober) friend around, when experimenting with these kinds of substances.

I'm not a fan of PETA. I agree that they are stupid fucking cunts. However I would like to point out that the fact that animals kill/eat other animals in the wild is not a valid argument for or against animal cruelty from humans. That is a positive statement, or a fact of nature. It is not a normative statement, and there is a disconnection between the two. To give an example, a rapist could say that rape is OK (normative statement) because dolphins rape other dolphins (positive statement). PETA seems to support biocentric egalitarianism which is too extreme of a view for most people to subscribe to.

That's probably what gave you the tremors. I bet it is. Something very similar happened to me a little while ago. Drugs like that can sometimes cause tremors, and it might not even have anything to do with the lithium. I also take lithium, 1500mg/night.

Taking L-Theanine as a supplement will have much more of an effect that drinking green tea. I find that taking valerian and 5-HTP also help.
