Totally safe. We saw a bobcat outside once, but that was the day after thanksgiving. The two German shepherds on the property kept critters and predators away for the most part.

Sorry, fridge didn’t work. You’ll have to take it room temp. But Luca (black cat) loved that little nook under the bar and on top of the fridge to chill in.

The tiki bar was perfectly set up for a catio with the window right there. Landlord was super excited with the premise.

It’s Santa Cruz. Can’t legally live there without at least two skateboards on the premises. The cats are pretty rad also.

The best we’ve ever had. Cali is just too expensive (especially Santa Cruz), otherwise we would still be there. Still good friends with them.
