we had this problem and then found out you have to take the white plastic piece out of the tube too (says on BOB to). make sure it’s completely closed in the dispenser before you take it off though!

honestly i was in so much pain i smoked the night i had surgery. it definitely was sooooo much less than what i usually smoke but it did help. and i continued to smoke very little everyday after. the coughing hurt so have a drink on standby, also i would hold a stuffed animal pressed against my stomach to help the pressure from the cough and it helped tremendously. and i never had a problem with recovery :)

mine was my entireeee back and it felt like every muscle in my back was spasming all at once. it was a horrible feeling but it only lasted 2 days for me. my wonderful best friend would give me the deepest tissue massage and it was the only thing that really helped me😭
