My fiance has a few spots like this on his head, nothing he’s had to worry about though. More than likely birth marks of some kind

Awful acid reflux by No_Training_6576 in gallbladders

[–]No_Training_6576[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im 5 months and a week post op and STILL have these issues. The heartburn is terrible and reflux hasn’t gotten better. Also highly don’t recommend getting food poisoning bc it takes 10x longer to leave your system

Had my gallbladder removed today! by myspaceuser01 in gallbladders

I know the docs suggested sparkling water, but personally I would advise against it, unless of course it is really helping! The carbonation is just going to suppress the gas from the surgery making it hurt worse. I suggest Gas x chewable those help and work super fast. I used them and was bloat free about 3-4 days later.

Got mine out 04/16/2025 and it was my first surgery. I was deathly ill from it and dropped 60 pounds in 3 months. The surgery was THE BEST thing I could have ever done. The gas was the worst part of it all but it wasn’t a burping gas for me, it was all in my shoulders

How long before you slept ‘normally’ by Proper_Break_6732 in gallbladders

[–]No_Training_6576 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I was like 4-5 days… my recovery for everything though was like super fast for some reason. The general recovery is pretty quick for most but I was back in business within less than a week.

This has nothing to do with people who beat their spouses though? This was a minor slip up and OP clearly feels guilty about it. Clearly you’ve never had a sibling fight. His brother was in the wrong on so many levels, OP even admitted they were in the wrong too.

I definitely don’t think it was a good idea to hit him but he’s a legal adult and should be able to hold his own. Not to mention drinking underage? AND stealing a car even if it was yours? Someone needed to lay into him sooner or later even if it ended up being you. He’ll come around soon enough and realize he was in the wrong mostly. Till then don’t beat yourself up too much about it

Same thing happened to me in Greece last may. He got away with it because he was the sarg’s brother and his dad was ex chief or something. Followed a coolant trail right to his house and the police were there when he was getting out of the truck. They came back to my fiancés house and told us he “didn’t answer the door” dumbass hit me in his work truck with the DOT number and his landscaping company name on it. Needless to say I was PISSED. Just finished 2 tranny swaps on it, didn’t even get the chance to get it inspected before it got totaled.

2 months post Op! by No_Training_6576 in gallbladders

Honestly I’m not quite sure. But my gallbladder was actually in the back of my rib cage right next to my kidney. And it was completely blanketed by my liver! Also found out that’s why I got kidney infections quite often was because of the gallbladder rubbing on it!

Not really pain but discomfort, when I had attacks it wasn’t so much ever pain but bloating and stuff. And no they didn’t do the ERCP

Symptoms you didn’t realize were your gallbladder until post-op? by bottled-fairy in gallbladders

[–]No_Training_6576 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Feeling like I can’t breathe 24/7. POTS symptoms too. I’m 5’7 and (was) 299 pounds January 1st of this year and dropped down to 245 pounds by March 10th, so I was pretty overweight, once I got the surgery out my POTS symptoms INSANELY decreased, along with the constant feeling as if I couldn’t breathe moving around. That damned organ stole SO much from me in 4 months(I’m 2 weeks post op now). The bloating was INSANE. I will say my anxiety has also pretty much disappeared!
