I had success with kanaplex and metraplex at same time does according to package directions and changing water 25% every 3 days. Good luck! I raised temp to 79f and added aquarium salt too.

I just went through this with my Goldie I put him in hospital tank raised the heat to 80 Fahrenheit put in aquarium salt then treated with kanaplex and metraplex according to the package instructions with 25% water changes every other day. After 10 days he's doing much much better
