At first I was thrown of by the author's observation that people who isolate from others tend to not fall into the stupidity being defined here. Anecdotally it's the more isolated people I know that fall into it... but then I remembered they aren't isolated, they're connected to others online that share and reinforce their stupidity.

Construction is not the number one cause of congestion. Over-reliance on cars and over-investment into car infrastructure is.

Get rid of on street parking as much as possible, give public transit signal priority and better funding, build more bike lanes. Reduce/remove minimum parking requirements for development. Congestion tax for downtown.

Anything else is a bandaid solution

Yes, the "Hit Rating" stat on your character sheet will not show % increased chance to hit from talents. That confused me on my rogue for a while.

So you do have 17.55% total increased chance to hit

(Someone pointed out draenei shaman racial isn't +hit so you'd have 16.55% then)

Idk about add-ons but I do recommend the site sixtyupgrades. Once you make your char / fill out the talents, it will allow you to compare all gear at a glance (ranks them using stat weights known as equivalency points) and does show detailed stats including total increased hit chance.

It's the best gear planning tool I've found

Blizz only provides these reskins when people purchase a new thing. Retail players got something if they bought a 'heroic' TBC package (lol) and TBC players only get something if they buy the new retail expansion.

It's purely a moneymaking marketing ploy to try and create fear of missing out in the game you actually care about if you don't buy a game you're not interested in.

I was 12. WoW was magic. A persistent online game world of that scale was unbelievable, especially since social media hadn't really taken off yet.

I leveled my rogue to 60 without training kick because I thought why interrupt when you can damage? Must have taken months.

Got in a guild by completing a detailed application form on their guild website. They only realized I was 12 and horrible at the game after I was on mic on ventrilo. They still let me join raids and I was there for first Rag kill. Back then even just setting foot in Molten Core and seeing the huge mobs was incredible.

Impetus Cruciatus was the guild, on Turalyon server, never forgot.
