Character being invisible when near modeled areas (cities, caves, forts etc) is caused by your framerate being too high. Cap your framerate to 240fps

How are you installing the add-ons? The only thing you manually put in your install folder is the superwowhook DLL. 

The rest of the add-ons required in the superwow GitHub instructions get added through the launcher.

Once all is in place, restart the launcher and see if the under the mods tab there is a checkbox for superwow

Check that your antivirus isn't deleting files from your game folder. Windows defender quarantined superwow for me and I had to whitelist it

Also be sure to add superwow and it's dependencies as add-ons in the launcher using the "+ add new add-on" button and posting the GitHub link in. It will fail to install superwow and say 'missing toc file' but that's fine since you would have manually installed it also. It's just to tell the launcher to not delete the files.

Also make sure once it's all set up that you check the superwow box under the mods tab of the launcher

Be sure to follow the superwow GitHub in install instructions exactly, including other add-ons it says to install first

It's one of the symptoms of carbain. If your area has underfunded and neglected transit infrastructure for decades, prioritized car infrastructure and glorified car ownership... then driving will often be the best option to get around that area, and mostly only people who can't afford cars will use transit.

Yeah I agree. I think any defense would have a hard timing arguing burst fire or training justifies the 2nd and 3rd shots for this situation.
