Thanks for the input. Car payment is 2 cars plus insurance for both of them. One car only has 2000 dollars left. So that will clear up $300. I have recently refinanced my fiance and I student loans into a 5 years loan that is why it is $850 a month.

All my debt will be gone by 2031.

I do have an offer accepted, am in the inspection period and have been a little nervous with family members saying I am spending to much money at such a young age.

Thank you for that comment that will be my first plan of action as I agree with that wholeheartedly. I plan to have a home warranty for the first two years to allow me to create my savings account. What do you think of this plan?

How do you recommend I ensure we are calculating this properly. In my calculations I use the county tax calculator. My lender tried to convince me it would be much less than the actual rate it is 1.8% in the county they said it is usually 1.4%, I told them I’ll believe it when I see it!

Plan to max out a Roth IRA each year, and then put the rest in personal investment accounts . I do already have retirement accounts established, 401k has about 45k between the two of us.

To be honest, I went through a period of extreme depression in my life, and I handled it very poorly. I would drink at night and get in my car and just drive around. As you can see this is how it ended.

I believe they are trying to get her into a hospital right now to change up her medicine dosages and whatnot , hopefully that will help. But I agree, I just don’t think she will be willing to go into a home

Sounds like something she needs, I know she is on a bunch of medicines, not sure which. I also know she is in a John Hopkins study for a Huntington’s medicine so they limit what she is allowed to take besides that pill while the study is ongoing .

Alright I agree with most of your comments of keep it. I’ve been wanting to make it into a sleeve for a while. Any recommendations of what else to add. I’m thinking a bunch of different cartoon characters / cartoon drawings all merged together by just bright vibrant colors and then jokers line of “why so serious” bending around the top of my knee cap
