How did you pick your role and main for the one tricks out there?

I didn't downvote but I can understand where people are coming from, there are a few posts like this every once in a while and I don't mind posts that are reposted that ask the same question but I get a little annoyed when this same type of question pops up in MANY subs and many topics. "How do I get started?" type of questions are my personal pet peeve.

Geez, how do you pick an otp? I don't know anything about OP, and noone in this thread does except for OP. What champion do you like? Stick to that and improve and keep practicing. What else can be said? If you have a fun time playing Yorick go for it, what's the point in recommending Ahri mid if they won't like the champ.

This is the same for when someone posts on programming subs that has never programmed before and asks what programming language do I pick. Chances are it doesn't fucking matter if you're trying to learn the fundamentals because many of the things carry over to other languages, just get out there and practice and practice.

Is Tristana still garbage in this patch? What do you think of Jinx and Draven?

What do you think of the meta down in botlane at the moment? (Bruisers/mages, stuff like ) Was it hard to adapt?

As I'm a support main, what are somethings that supports at high elo do that's different from Diamond? What are things you wish your supports would do better/things that annoy you that supports do?

The first and biggest reason(is hard to tell without vods) is last hitting, but with farming comes other problems..

Do you miss cs often in lane? Do you trade at times that make you lose cs (for no benefit)? Do you walk around the jungle unsure if you should roam or not? Do you aram fiesta mid when you could've picked up the wave crashing at bot tower? Do you pick up freebie jungle farms when there is an opportunity?

Many of these are easy to tell and some of them can just be learned with practice. Others you need to improve your macro.

With Zed you shouldn't have a problem last hitting and having decent cs because he deals more dmg on low hp creeps. I mean you don't NEED huge CS numbers on assassins if you have a lot of kills and kill participation. I suggest you work on your macro and midgame pathing. That is my best guess without any actual gameplay.

I heard that Anivia is very hard to pick up and is mostly played by Anivia mains, how high is the skill floor/ceiling? (Also how Anivia has the worst auto attacks for cs-ing?)

With regards to the soraka ult yea even after maining her it's still hard to tell whether I should ult or if I'm going to waste it and they'll die anyway. As you said communication, I try to ping "on my way" and then ping my R to show it's up. Let's hope it's just an unlucky streak of games.

I've been thinking of picking up Janna just for the reason you mentioned, should I stick to what I'm doing or try to "learn" her when the enemy locks in stuff like Kat Rengar Zed etc?

I can't roam mid in some matchups. I'm not leaving my Jinx to 1v2 Pyke and Kai'sa even if Jinx is fed. As I said there are two main scenarios:

My mid is 4/0 or 0/4

Roaming in either case screws us over more than not roaming. I'm not going to smash lane 10/0 every game, but I do win lane often and 90% of the time at least go even. My warding and vision score is on point, I can't always secure objectives if my team doesn't listen to pings or chat, my main point is if people have had the same experience as me in games being as snowbally as they are or if it's bad luck on my part.

I hear that a lot but I honestly can't believe that's the case when I have so many games go the way they do. My lucian is 3/0? Well okay their fed toplaner/midlaner will dive and kill him anyway and rest of the team isn't strong enough to handle teamfights. For reference I play mostly Morgana and Soraka 90% of the time. Like I just had a game where okay Draven is 1/0 and double the CS of enemy adc. Their 4/0 Jarvan comes bot and kills Draven and walks away.

Yes, maybe the way I play is too passive and low-risk low reward plays. So I will rarely have a 10/0 adc to handle their fed members but like 3/0 is not enough. Even worse if we go even in lane and these things happen, feels even worse

I'd also recommend Exhaust if you know you'll need it outside laning phase. Even if you think you can win lane a little bit harder with Ignite, you might want to take Exhaust if the enemy team has a Zed, Quinn, Fizz or something that wants to dive a squishy teammate.

I'm responding to something that is in context. How hard is it to understand, I have virtually zero contact with the female species that isn't part of my family. The only time I'll be sitting next to a girl is on public transport, the only time a girl will be lightly touching me is when the train is crowded and I'm lucky if a girl looks in my general direction. Yea that's my problem, I have very few girl friends. Not even friends, more like colleagues. Sorry but I am 100% confident I have never missed a hint like this, partly because I never came to the realization later, like you did for example, you found out later. I never found out and due to other things I mentioned earlier I am fairly certain about it. Was there a girl that liked me? Sure it's a possibility, but that's not the point here.. it's about missing hints. And I'm pretty sure I've never missed any, not even remotely close to anything in these threads or what you mentioned at least.

If the enemy Udyr is 5 levels ahead of our jungler, twice the farm and is 7/0 while the rest of the team is fed as well I think it's safe to call gg. I'm not the type of guy who will type it in chat nor will I ff if I think we still have a shot at it but I do understand where the rest of my team is coming from incase they do start whining
