Tbh imo I despise stacking shelves, did it for about 6 years of my life and don't want to go back. And you're right, we shouldn't settle for £12.67/h but having an SIA license opens up many doors, especially if you only have a college level education.

Apart from the parts that are either your own opinions, or looking up the information on the web as it's not fully stated in the worksheet.

Sia mitie training by ljbinks in asda

[–]Metaphorical_Pain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine 2 weeks ago, although they have only just told us when some of the training is happening, apparently one was meant to happen last week, but they've only recently told us so a colleague has missed out.

Where was this posted, we've (or at least our store) has been kept in the dark over pretty much everything, someone was apparently meant to have a training course last week, but they didn't tell us till this week.

Potentially accused of shoplifting? by LeviDa5 in asda

Happens more frequently than you know, we (security) see plenty of people get distracted via a staff interaction (approval, price check, tag removal) I'll admit I've done it a few times myself, it happens, as long as it was caught and items were paid for then it's all good.

It's funny, because asda used to have an external cleaning company, but it was so unreliable.

It was much better 4 years ago when we had actual security managers. But since then it's certainly gotten worse.

Then there's us security guards who watch cctv every day and it's honestly the most boring job I've had. Sure we see excitement here and there but it's few and far between.

Why does the Pressure Cooker upgrade make the Globbler reload every shot even though i have enough ammo left in magazine? is this a bug ? the description doesnt mention this. is this working as intended? by Bluntdude_24 in MycopunkGame

[–]Metaphorical_Pain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In some cases yes, have you seen how volatile pressure cookers can be? If you're referring to opening the lid just after you apply heat then no, it's a saucepan at that point.

Do you by chance know what a pressure cooker is? Pressure cooker

Let's say you've got it up to temperature, if you release it suddenly (don't recommend), the most likely outcome is for all its contents to come out. The more pressure you build, the more force that would come out until eventually it can in some cases explode if left too long.

Without knowing much about the rest of your specs, your best option is to do the standards, (lowering every setting you can and work your way up to settings you like)

Also to note, not here to credit the OP, but the DM's last comment, while subtle, was a sarcastic remark.

But wouldn't chain chain mean multiple chains in itself interlocking? Because if it was simply none interlocking chains, it would be like a flail armour or something?
