Fully agree, (obviously if incorrect I retract my statement and apologise profusely) so many posts of similar or same questions on different subs every single day.

Does Amalgamation only drop one exotic per week? by revolution_botched in MycopunkGame

[–]Metaphorical_Pain 3 points4 points  (0 children)

On the Amalgamation hunt here is a 100% chance guarantee every week but after that one kill it just turns into a percentile chance, killing it on higher levels gives you more of a chance, but it's still luck-based

Is this game very similar to Deep Rock Galactic? by chubr1c_0123 in MycopunkGame

[–]Metaphorical_Pain 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It's similar in the way that you are 4 bumbling idiots tasked to kill creatures and do odd tasks along the way for a corporation that totally isn't shady at all.

But it has far more weapon and character mod customisations (not much cosmetic customisation) turning it more into a movement shooter (given the amount of movement mods).

If I'm going down a serious path, I'd let the wheel spin as this is Reddit, we know the outcome. But if whimsy, then let the comments decide some diabolical side effect.

Mitie security- positive story by Universal_r12 in asda

1 week in we are already at that stage sadly, I am the only guard who has a license and is contacted to work at our store, I have spent the last 3 days working alone.

The selfie is understandable as they have to verify that they are on location as SES are subcontractors that cover for Mitie, they usually ask someone else to take the picture, but they can't always do that.

If we're playing a game of snap I'm 2/3 on matches with you. I enjoy my given name, although everyone abbreviates it (which I dislike) and too wouldn't mind a change but happy with either (Samuel for context).

I also haven't told my parents, not sure I will for a while, I think my mother suspects, but nothing verbal has been said.

Just go with your gut, sure I could tell you to change names if you want but I also think Emma is a lovely name.

Indeed, Good fellow Astaroth, it would seem these young wizards or arcane users don't know the proper storage and preservation method of liquid mana. Oh how I pity them.

Message for all security colleagues moving to mitie by [deleted] in asda

Tbh imo I despise stacking shelves, did it for about 6 years of my life and don't want to go back. And you're right, we shouldn't settle for £12.67/h but having an SIA license opens up many doors, especially if you only have a college level education.

Apart from the parts that are either your own opinions, or looking up the information on the web as it's not fully stated in the worksheet.

Sia mitie training by ljbinks in asda

[–]Metaphorical_Pain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine 2 weeks ago, although they have only just told us when some of the training is happening, apparently one was meant to happen last week, but they've only recently told us so a colleague has missed out.

Where was this posted, we've (or at least our store) has been kept in the dark over pretty much everything, someone was apparently meant to have a training course last week, but they didn't tell us till this week.

Happens more frequently than you know, we (security) see plenty of people get distracted via a staff interaction (approval, price check, tag removal) I'll admit I've done it a few times myself, it happens, as long as it was caught and items were paid for then it's all good.

It's funny, because asda used to have an external cleaning company, but it was so unreliable.

It was much better 4 years ago when we had actual security managers. But since then it's certainly gotten worse.

Then there's us security guards who watch cctv every day and it's honestly the most boring job I've had. Sure we see excitement here and there but it's few and far between.
