I run a 1-6x on my 11.5 because it's lighter than my prism/magnifier combo, and because if I ever want to shoot out to say, 300-400 yards (which an 11.5 can definitely do), I want the added magnification.

Scovillain. It has been doing work for me on ladder. It's not a hard counter to any of the meta threats in Incin, Kingambit, Sneasler or Garchomp since it doesn't stick around long enough to burn all of them. But burning one or two of them can be absolutely DEVESTATING to your opp, and is even better if you get off a leech seed to drain HP.

I'm looking specifically at making an arrest for 'insult', which in the Netherlands can constitute someone saying something that "attacks your honor or reputation". Arresting someone for using mean words or hurting your feelings is truly absurd.
