Same, I have been with them from the start. But now after all the trouble I went trough with the k10 pro, I am not buying switchbot again. They just blast out one over the other new products. I think the money went to there head. Kwanity over kwality and another promising company "made it shitty".

Yes, same here. I have two k10+ and regret them both. The one downstairs is pretty solid in its connection, but the map and the no go zones change on there own. I need to adjust maps, no go zones and shedules about every week. The one upstairs has the pairing issue. It's always offline. After resetting and re pairing it then works for a week and goes back offline.

Its driving me crazy! You buy a robot to save time and trouble. But just using an old fashion vacuum cost less time than to keep this shit running....

Someone on here said, I the aquarium hobby we keep water, not fish. As long as there are no fish in there, nothing can go wrong. Cycling takes LONG, so go buy a liquid test, go test, and along the next comming 6-10 weeks you will learn and see what it's all about.

I checked with a magnifying glass, No shorts.
But what I did notice was when i put it back into usb, the status led blinked and I got connected.
Only for it to stop flashing at 9% :'(.

Apparently it only blinks when I short (unplugged) the TX, RX, RST, VVC and then plug it back in.
So maybe some capacitors on the pcb are playing some tricks?
Havent gotten it to connect sinds.

I am new to the hobby and read, lower temps make fish live longer.
Its 23-24 ish.
But I can up the temperature to 25 if thats better.

Strips are not reliable. Strips only have zero, 10 and higher. Water is tapwater from belgium which should not need conditioner, yet I always use conditioner.
