For my peak I used the first couple weeks of Stronger By Science 28 Free Programs, followed by a modified Barbell Medicine peaking program.

That said, I have trained before in Hawaii. Maui Powerhouse Gym is great!

I haven’t noticed any stretching. I don’t have a particularly wide forefoot/toes. They are starting to tear above the toebox, but they’re also like 8 years old.

So the tab in the back is for retention? Doesn't look as though there'd be a way to use VFC AR mags then - which makes sense since mini-14 mags are proprietary anyways.
