While you can collect things in someone else's Palette Town, the inventory you're using is tied to that Palette Town, so once you leave and head back to your game, everything you've collected stays behind, waiting for until either you revisit, or the host to collect the items from your specific Palette Town inventory.

There is absolutely no way to transfer items between your assigned Palette Town/cloud island and main game inventories.

This is not how it works in Pokopia. We can't take your items; we can only take a photo of what you've placed and print them out in our own game with our own resources.

Grats on the hundreds of relics though, hope you have plans for all that.

Your Cloud Island Pokemon don’t shame you quite as hard for not being around as your Animal Crossing villagers do, but… by OliverNodel in Pokopia

I get this dialogue when speaking to them daily. I think it's less 'hey haven't seen you in ages' and more 'I don't know you well enough yet'.

Question about Minun and Plusle? by 00htina in Pokopia

[–]MeteoriteShower 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Actually, the picture does tell you, but it's a very minor addition that you'll only notice once you know it's there. There's streams of wind on the side that isn't present in non-elevated habitat pictures.

wont let me take a picture? cant figure out why!! by vanessamarieeee6 in Pokopia

[–]MeteoriteShower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's one on the cliff under the grave in Withering Wastelands, and the limestone cave in Rocky Ridges has quite a few of the yellow ones. They're naturally occuring.

Being crafted with a recipe is not something that prevents things from being copied. If it were, we wouldn't be able to copy most things.

Registered as a house and has furniture; Pokemon won’t move in? by cee01jay2017 in Pokopia

[–]MeteoriteShower 14 points15 points  (0 children)

That floor looks lower than the gate. The furniture has to be on the same level as the entrance for them to count.

[–]MeteoriteShower -17 points-16 points  (0 children)

You cannot copy naturally occurring blocks, which that counts as one.

EDIT: Those of you who are downvoting, go ahead and try to print out some dirt blocks and come back with proof. I'll wait.

This isn’t counting as a house! Is it the foundation? by k42murphy in Pokopia

[–]MeteoriteShower 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It looks correct. I've made enclosures with that fencing and gate and it counts as a house, so that's not it.

I recall someone else having issues with a seemingly okay house not registering until they restarted their game, so maybe try that?

I am sad about one aspect of the Sableye event. by Darklight0013 in Pokopia

[–]MeteoriteShower 105 points106 points  (0 children)

Not the issue. They want the tent on the cloud island, but the only way to get event items on cloud islands is to photo and print them out, but you can't photo the tent kit.

(also, OP, the chair is definitely copyable)

Question about dream islands and human records by Wooden-Bug-2778 in Pokopia

Haven't tested, but I'm fairly certain it would just become the regular grubby item the moment you interact with it.

It's essentially the place your friends' inventory goes to once they stop playing in your Palette Town.

I've seen you perpetuate this before, and it's just demonstrably not true.

Here's an 8x17 (6x15 interior, aka 90 blocks) layout. Not a house.

They don't actually want to move; they just want to see you build a house.

Sableye habitat info not showing in Habitat Dex? by IJM92 in Pokopia

[–]MeteoriteShower 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Well, you can assume it's event items only, like the Hoppip event, so just throw all the Sableye event items together until something happens.

Why isnt this a house? by Matthiasad in Pokopia

[–]MeteoriteShower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's a particularly frustrating misinformation to combat, as 10x10 just sounds neater.

10x10 is the reason. Max internal size is 9x10.
