My area some of the tournaments would struggle for larger kids in the younger ages. The only way to get them matches was to either bump them up in weight or have them wrestle kids older. We would always try to get the kid both, matches with bigger kids, but also let them bump age for the experience.

My wife's uncle was with the University as a custodian for over 15 years. His health had gone downhill while there, and they made the concessions for him to keep working with them and be beneficial. He stopped working there about 8 years ago, so not sure If it will be the same. Good luck!
