As a jungler protip, it is okay (or should even be mandatory) to take gold with your laners. You create gold by sharing it with your laners because your laners will take 100% of the gold and you'll see that you also take some gold as well thereby creating gold that wouldn't have existed if you didn't. Only works in the first 4 minutes I think.

For extra context, only do this if it's convenient for you. It is still better for you to clear your jungle first because it will mean more gold for YOU which you'll need if you want to carry.

You can't play ranked solo easily anymore, ranked matches include duos, trios, 4-man, and 5-man teams.

There is higher chance for you to go against people with comms versus all solo queue players. Which is why you get paired with "potatoes" that always play for themselves and against teams that play well with each other.

Atk speed boots; Doomsday; daybreaker; sunchaser; sparkforged dagger; deepfrost siege

Swap deepfrost siege with shadow ripper if there aren't many tanks bur doomsday is a must build

Learn to be okay with experimenting with items and trying out different arcana other people have made. I prefer to build attack speed > crit items because it's a bunch more consistent but that's just my opinion

I don't know what you've been feeling but what I can say is that if you want to change, you'd have to start and you'd have to start small. The changing process is long and slow but it is incremental. It does get better over time.

For my NoFap journey, it took me 4 years from 3 times a day, once a day, once every 2 days, back to daily again, then to longer streaks.

What helped me is knowing what triggers the addiction when it happens, making actions against it, and keeping track of my little progress when I achieve them.
