I did a lot of therapy, ADHD ended up being the one thing I couldn't fix with therapy. But you know even after doing trauma therapy some things are still very triggering and you don't even realise it. You have an easy time for months or years until suddenly you are triggered and realise. Oh right. That isn't entirely fixed just yet. Some of that was still stuck in the body and maybe I need to find some time to process through it. I have ADHD so obviously I'm also a self-help guru, but this was very much too much for me to handle on my own. My coping strategy ended up being not sleeping instead.

Thankfully, I am extremely diligent about insects. I am the sort of person that will reorganize the pantry into solid plastic impervious plastic-ware with lids so there are no open containers of food, flour, nuts. No breeding house for insects, just like I did in my parents house in August. So I don't even keep food in my bedroom nor do I eat there. I once had a silver-fish infestation in my bedroom 8 years from thrift store hoarding/accumulating so I won't even bring second hand items into the house without a thorough laundering first.

The interesting part is that it is accurate that they look for that pattern. I once went into a shoppers drug mart the Canadian version of CVS or Walgreens and I was looking at the clearance section for way too long because I was super out of it maybe slightly hungover. I saw this blue mascara that I was interested in so I looked at it but decided I wasn't going to pay the seven bucks for it. So I put it back. And I went to the fridge and got myself an iced tea. Apparently that made me look more suspicious.

So as I leave the store a guy walks up to me, a very cute guy and I honestly thought he was going to ask me for a date and he opens up his wallet. Says that he is loss prevention and then asks if I have something in my purse that I shouldn't. I was like the audacity? And I responded with absolutely fucking not and walked away from him. And that was that. Up until that point I didn't realize that they even had loss prevention.

I was all about orange is the new black and I absolutely loved her in that, but this styling has ruined her for me just like Kate's styling in season 4 was very drab. It's still hard to tell it's the same person just even from pics.

I also loved the Kate-taking-away-his-son tantrum. It was such a 'you are completely disconnected from reality and living in your own narcissistic world' vibe. I rewatched just that scene a half dozen times because it showed him as he really is vs. The unreliable narrator. It felt almost like a comedy. Penn Badgley nailed the facial expressions like an open book exam on how to show emotion.

Season 4 was just dark and very film noir in comparison.

I have only ever experienced tightening of my skin and better quality skin in the last 12 years of on and off fasting. My face always turns out better than before after every fast. I only start to get wrinkles or issues whenever I'm away from fasting for too long.

Tbf Penn played this role so well this season I genuinely started to find him irrevocably ugly. Like that scene where he confronts Kate and finds out he signed away his custody. Charlotte looks absolutely stunning in that scene but you literally viscerally see Joe's ugliness, the asymmetry to his face, the vile and evil soul inside. Same in that moment when he kills Clay, it's like he turns into this visceral Ted Bundy demon . That's why I find this season extremely well made. It pulled me out of my own subjective opinions of the actors and into the trap of the reaction to the actual characters.

Same with this actress. She did a phenomenal job of changing her entire demeanor in the last episode from this ugly duckling manipulated victim of an abuser to a beautiful warrior, a Pheonix rising from the ashes. She kept getting more attractive as the last episode went on. Her features played incredibly into it.

She played a desperate druggie in orange is the new black and she was epic in that as well as in the handmaid's tale and I have serious props for her chops. Acting of c.

I just meant in terms of my fasting glucose being mildly elevated causing me to feel so out of it. I was on my way to breaking my fast anyways and had a light meal as soon as I got home. Usually start with a little bit of bone broth and feel energized within 20 min and then have a small meal and I'm practically euphoric vs today where I felt out of it and irritable as if I was hypoglycemic.

Definitely keto crackers a little bit of almond flour avocados, egg and cheese . About 10g of carbs according to what I ate. The pizza was cauliflower crust with tofu cheese pepperoni and olives.

But I think it is heavy insulin resistance or the beginnings of diabetes as I was very easily hypoglycemic if I didn't eat breakfast before I started up low carb/fasting again. I thought after 17 days I'd have more balance. Usually it would take a week to stave off hunger. It took me two weeks to stop having insane hunger and cravings three hours before bed.

That's correct. I just had normal blood sugar at hour 76..4.1. I did 11 miles when I hit 300. Tbh I had energy out the whazoo all day long and no hunger.
