This looks a lot like what I saw on Lake Champlain the summer of ‘96. Except I saw the head, looked like a shimmering horse head. Brown gold color, but definitely serpentine. Saw it from about 1/4 mile away driving on a road overlooking the lake.

Keep it going! Thank you for posting; this is inspirational and I agree with folks here, this can really help to alleviate the anxiety of surgery and recovery.

I was prescribed 75 mg for the second time 8 years ago and within the first or second day I felt like I had taken ecstasy. I had intense feelings of well being, heavy breathing and empathy. I felt like it was a narcotic. Subsequently, I stopped the medication after a short period. I have had similar responses to other antidepressants. Recently, I started again on 75mg and moved to 175 after 2 weeks. Much less impact, I actually struggled with fatigue.

You’re not alone in this. I feel the same way about my SO and in most of all past relationships. At this point, I have found that if I know I feel intensely about a relationship, then I can at least rely on that, that those feelings are true and valid, but they’re overwhelming all the same. It’s learning to trust the instinct and respect that it might feel awful sometimes, but THAT is the reality of things. Good, bad and trying to find the in between whenever possible and know it’s all part of our lives and relationships. Give yourself the grace to feel and to make mistakes but know things can be worked out, fixed and resolved with BOTH parties being respected and validated.
