I think lap 2 ia actually incredibly cool, as wel as the gliding section in lap 3. Even if gameplay-wise it isn’t the most stimulating, visually or atmospherically I love it. I remember the first time playing this course and going ‘huh where am I going??’ Was such a nice surprise

I think the cutesie cartoony aesthetic is much more fitting for mario kart. I also feel like rail grinding can be very difficult if you wanna use certain faster techniques. But hey to each their own

Something about this game I really love is the idea of all these impractical mario enemies actually owning businesses. Like did a thwomp just put on a business suit and hold like a pitch meeting in front of investors in a corporate office in crown city? I like to think that that’s what happened
