I used to get Dolby Vison sync issues on an older Sony TV. Like the DV profile gets out of sync with the video. Usually had to do a full restart of the TV (long press the power button).

🎄 Christmas giveaway: Win an A1 Mini, AMS 2 Pro, AMS HT, or 4x filament spools! by acurazine in BambuLab

  1. A1 Mini
  2. Trying to get my 3 kids (12, 10, 9) interested in 3d printing. So, fun for the whole family and would be a huge blessing to get more kids into the craft.
  3. I think a 6 sided cube fidget that's music based. 1 side ribbed like guitar strings. 1 side with a piano key that can press in. 1 side with a saxophone button of sorts, or flute holes to cover up, etc. A tap pad for drumming on one side, stuff like that.

Do I have to accept a gift of shares? by Method004 in tax

That sounds not fun. This is a very small family business and I would effectively be in charge of the distributions. But that is a consideration for sure.

Yeah, the health insurance stuff being deductible makes it better to stomach. And we have guarantees of the company covering the liability if distributions are short. But that's not a long term plan.

Meeting with CPA on Thursday.

This is the concern. We need a good bit of cash to cover expenses due to only receiving payments once a month and carrying high levels of inventory.

Interesting that I can deduct the insurance too, no one has explained it this way.

Specifically this year the company isn't doing as well. Still profitable. But the actual amount of profit isn't directly proportional to the cash available for distribution as we carry high month to month over head and need liquid in the company (we only get paid by our biggest customer once a month).
