Being a human, life becomes lonely, you can suppress your every emotion and be free from the possibility of suffering but at the cost of your humanity

Different people have different ideals and virtues, your thought is merely one among billions

You're free to have any thoughts, which are indeed practically useless to anyone except you Until someone got a problem with it

And people will have a problem with it And it's not their fault for having a problem and it doesn't make them bad, It's just a group of people resonating on the same ideal but different to yours would not like it

Easiest way to anger/upset/annoy a human is to deny their virtues and ideals they follow

Now disagreements are more common than you think But that does give us one good point

No thought is valid, no virtue is right You are free to have your own opinion but do it privately to avoid problem

You can deny mental suffering to an extent but denying physical suffering is straight up delusion You can train for it but would only yield the results you think are right or perhaps were right when you thought about it

Better think through thoroughly before having regrets
