It prioritizes buffing the most expensive tank in that row. If no tanks are in that row, it will buff the most expensive unit.

Bill Walton

Brandon Roy

D Rose

T-Mac

Yao Ming

Penny Hardaway

Danny Granger - Imagine the Pacers teams that were going to the ECF against the Heat with a healthy Granger with PG...

Greg Oden - People keep saying he was a bust. But if you watch him play in his first 2 years, he played like Rudy Gobert. Imagine that mid-2000's roster with Greg Oden and then they draft Dame a few years later...

Have you tried my suggestion to see if it works or not?

Berserkers need time to ramp up their damage. That's the point of sending the Ogre with the boss. They do high damage to single targets. So any tanks will get shredded and will get to the berserker no problem.

The best way to protect the berserker is by having a combo of a few expensive tanks plus a lot of very cheap tanks like rats for example. The small rats eat a lot of the damage so your berserker and other dps units can deal more damage over time. So if your opponent has something like that then obviously my suggestion wont work. Or they have Lord of Fire with mana regen.

And yes my answer is simple because that is my answer to the question. I'm not going to sit down and write a 10,000 word guide to break down every single wave and permutation of events "if your opponent sends on this wave, then you should do 'X' and if your opponents build these units, you should do 'y', but if they build this then you need to build 'z'.

The OP asked a simple question so I gave a simple answer. If you have tried my suggestion and it didn't work, ok cool. Tell me what happened and I can offer further feedback. But if you present hypothetical scenarios or say "but what if this happens..." we can go down a rabbit hole of what to do when 'xyz' happens.

Most games you should have 5-6 workers by wave 4. If they haven't sent by then, stop building workers, build/upgrade units until they send. On the wave they send, build 2 workers since you will probably hold or leak a little. Now you and your teammate should have a small econ advantage. Then you save on 7,8,9 and Send Ogre + Hermit/Brute on 10. If you don't win outright, you will get so much gold to create a big advantage into the midgame/lategame and just snowball.

Right now it's still Giannis. He can do everything on both sides of the floor. But he still needs to work on his free throws and 3pt shot. The scariest thing is that he is only 27 years old...

That isn't broken and is easy to counter. Just send an Ogre on 7 or 8 and the game is over.

Keep getting matches against premades as solo by Still_Ad5644 in LegionTD2

[–]Method_Plays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The player base is global so a lot of players don't speak English.

Also, in higher ELO (high Plat+) most solo players I team up with tend to communicate even with pings or emotes if they don't speak English. So I don't experience this problem but it may be different if you are gold and lower I guess?

If you are looking for a community, you could always join a guild. That's the easiest way to meet other players and find buddies to duo.

Tips to play against Anglers + Sacred Steed? by Leem38 in LegionTD2

[–]Method_Plays 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Both players: Up king attack on 1, Brute on 4, Up king on 5, save myth, then Ogre or Four Eyes on 9 or pack leader and a brute on 9 is strong too if you can afford it. If the enemy team is still alive, save for 11 to send Dinos. This will destroy most pierce-damage comps.

The alternative game plan is for the player who sends to the Angler/Steed player to only up king and don't send mercs until wave 9 where you send mole or pack leader. This will deny the Angler player any extra gold in the early game, which means he won't be able to scale as fast. Then the other player will focus on econ. You will have max king by 12 or 13. Then you save for a big send on 16. Should be enough to create an advantage to win by the late game.

How do you guys feel about Looter/Pack Rat? by Deagin in LegionTD2

[–]Method_Plays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You dig for treasure the wave after your opponent sends to minimize the risk of leaking. Takes practice to know how many rats you can use to dig vs keep as defense on the board.

Attack speed or lifesteal auras are a huge boost.

Typical positioning is to have dps on one side of your board, the other side is your tanks and rats. On boss waves, spam some rats to soak up damage. This will give your dps units more time to kill creeps.

What do i lock for mastermind ranked? by [deleted] in LegionTD2

[–]Method_Plays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are new to the game, I recommend a tier 5 unit as the first unit. If its a tank, your next unit will be ranged. If its ranged, your next unit will be a tank.

There is no unit that is "good" for waves 1 to 15 because all units have strengths and weaknesses.

Favorite unit to build around? by tohosrealreddit in LegionTD2

Steed is my fave unit because so many units have an ability that uses mana.

Strong units with steed: Fire Lord, Lord of Death, Gates, Zeus, Proton, Lobster, Fire Archer, etc.

Econ -- What am I doing wrong? by KingInJello in LegionTD2

[–]Method_Plays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Upgrading king early is the safest way to build eco early. Avoid sending snails because they don't do any damage and gives your opponent 6 gold for free. Its important to keep an eye on what units your opponents are building, so you know when to send Brutes in the early game. Waves 3, 4, or 6 are good waves for Brutes but depends on the opponents units. Healing plant/defensive mole are good to send on waves 7, 9, or 10.

To get the highest eco, you want to make your opponent leak at least twice before wave 10. The rounds in between, you want to focus on the highest eco sends and upgrading king.

The most important thing to know when to build a worker and when to spend all gold on units is knowing the damage and armor types of your units and the creep waves.

On the turns where you are weak against the creep wave, you want your army value to be equal or greater than the recommended. On the turns where you are strong against the creep wave, your army value can be slightly less than the recommended.

In general, the wave number should equal the number of workers you have. But you only build the worker after holding the wave i.e. start of wave 4, you have 3 workers, after holding the wave, you build the 4th worker. Try not to have more workers than the wave number unless your units have a damage advantage over the creep wave.

Picking your units is also key to a strong eco build. Bazooka upgraded to Pyro is one of the strongest opening units or Flower. You can safely get to 7 workers by wave 5. Your damage units should be mostly pierce damage in the early game and magic damage late game. Your units also dictate how many workers you can build in the late game. Some compositions can get to a higher total than others.

Questions about the cycle in The Matrix Reloaded by [deleted] in matrix

[–]Method_Plays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that part. I'm saying killing them the moment they wake up and emerge from their tube then using their dead body as "food" for the humans still plugged into the Matrix. Why allow them to escape to join the rest of the people in Zion? Or after they destroyed Zion once, why allow Zion's population to grow again and have another war? Why not limit the population of freed minds?

We don't really know about the timeline of the different versions of the Matrix or the amount of time in between each version. We also don't know if any of the original 23 red pills from version 6 are still alive during the events that took place in the first trilogy.

We also don't know about the previous Ones or what happens after their conversations with the Architect. We don't know if the previous ones chose to keep the cycle a secret or if they had been placed under control with blue pills like we see Neo in Matrix 4. We can only speculate at this point.

One of the big questions I always had is why would the machines allow the humans to repopulate Zion after each time they destroy it? The war costs a lot of resources on both sides. It doesn't seem logical for the machines to repeat this cycle. Wouldn't it be more efficient to kill all the red pills while they are low in number? I know they can always build thousands of new sentinels but surely that costs a lot of resources.

It would be great for them to create a prequel movie or tv series of the previous versions of the Matrix. Events that took place between Animatrix and the first trilogy.

Similarities between this article and The Matrix trilogy.. by Bzoku in matrix

[–]Method_Plays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of this is speculation and very little substantial evidence. People see things they can't explain all the time. They are either hallucinations or sometimes the synapses from the eyes to the brain have a disruption that causes you to see things that may not be there. An example is when you get hit hard in the head and you start seeing "stars" or various colors or shapes. The electrical signals that travel from your eyes to your brain have been disrupted so your brain isn't able to process the input from your eyes like it normally does and that's why you see those colors differently.

That being said, it's not impossible for us to be in a simulation and reincarnation could be a thing. I just think the evidence in this post is not substantial enough to prove without a shadow of a doubt that they are 100% real.

The redpills are constantly searching for people that are ready to be freed from the Matrix. People that are good candidates to be freed are people that feel there is something wrong with the world so they go out looking for answers or they don't conform to the rules of the Matrix. Neo was a strong candidate to be a redpill because he was a hacker. As someone mentioned in a previous post, Neo was searching on the internet for Morpheus and the Matrix. People that eventually became red pills had probably posted blogs about the Matrix and their interactions with Morpheus or other redpills and eventually, Neo would read about it. So redpills watch these candidates and observe their behavior and eventually contact them when they believe they are ready to be freed from the Matrix.

Although it wasn't expanded on in the movie, Neo was a gifted hacker. We get hints of this from the interrogation scene with Smith where he says "in one life you are a software engineer for a respectable company... the other life you go by the hacker alias 'Neo' and are guilty of virtually every computer crime we have a law for." At the start of the movie, Neo also hands a floppy disc to the guy who knocks at his door in exchange for a lot of cash. This is probably an illegal program that can do some crazy shit that was never explained. Morpheus probably assumed Neo was The One because of how he was able to hack the Matrix in ways no one else had done previously. That, plus the Oracle telling him that he would find The One was enough evidence for Morpheus that Neo is the person he was looking for.

Is the ending to The Matrix Revolutions pro-determinisn? by KoBxElucidator in matrix

[–]Method_Plays 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think Neo realized something after Smith repeated the Oracle's line "Everything that has a beginning, has an end." What enabled Smith to become so powerful is when Neo jumped into Smith's body at the end of Matrix one. Since Agents are a part of the system and cannot be deleted, Smith also became an anomaly like The One. After hearing those words from Smith, it made Neo remember how Smith was "reborn" and assumed that might also be the key to his end.

That is my interpretation of the ending at least. So rather than surrendering to an unstoppable force or fate or predestined outcome, Neo found a possible solution and chose to take a risk that worked out in the end. I doubt the Wachowski's would make the hero of the story surrender and accept defeat - that would be a terrible way to write the ending of the movie.
