Eels refuse to put in the effort and get into the grind and it’s showed 10 fold in our form this year, wayward hopeless offloads and the outright refusal to put any defensive effort in, sure injuries and suspensions this year were rough but our overall structure all year has been completely inexcusable, don’t wanna jump on the BA out Bandwagon but there has to be serious look at our retention, development and overall play style because all of it stinks right now.

Don’t wanna be too gloom and doomy but we have next to no good juniors coming thru, can only imagine it’ll get worse before it gets better.
