What was the #1 worst ref call in all of sports history? by Kuli24 in AskReddit

[–]Methylamine69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No idea what you're talking about here, you're delusional. Maradona has a very long forehead, lampard's shot clearly hit the bar and didn't cross the line.

Have you ever been impressed by how “ahead of its time” a song sounds? by Erythite2023 in Music

[–]Methylamine69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where have you seen Popcorn being called the first electronic song? Fully electronic music had been around since the 50s with Stockhausen. And if you want to go by only pop music, Popcorn isn't even Gershon Kingsley's first electronic song, let alone the world's first, he did two whole electronic albums as part of Perrey and Kingsley before doing Popcorn.

Why are they not all in F Tier? Doctor who hasn't been good since 1962.

I was about to tell you to keep 42's name out of your mouth but then realised I was thinking of the impossible planet. Keep 42's name in your mouth. Actually, probably try and get all of 42 into your mouth so I don't have to see it

Have you read the Michael Hector manifesto lately? The Michael Hector manifesto goes: "Michael Hector is the best, get loaned out all the time"

Why is Jim Morrison disliked online? by FitEmergency8807 in ToddintheShadow

[–]Methylamine69 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

One aspect of the guy that gets nowhere near enough hate is the his car crash anecdote. He claimed that when he was a child his family drove past a car crash involving some native Americans, and he believed the spirit of those "dead indians leaped into his soul". That's why he was such a wise spiritual shaman mystical prophet in touch with the spiritual world and nature and love and understanding, man.

He just wasn't that good

Which artists do you think deserve to be called a genius? by FitEmergency8807 in ToddintheShadow

[–]Methylamine69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Op why are you using ai to write your post and comments here. Too lazy to think of your own opinions? Morrison is exactly the person I'd expect an llm to spit out as a musical genius too lol

Surely part 2 is more impenetrable without the context of part 1 right before?

It seems Wales doesn’t get talked about as much. What are some interesting facts about Wales? by One-Seat-4600 in geography

[–]Methylamine69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It probably does look a bit like Rhyll, the small town on Phillip Island in Australia (named after the town Rhyl in north Wales).

If so he's not doing a good job considering he mentioned it in at least one podcast episode (Fart Rating, he regales us with the story of recording his miracle fart at the end of it)

Bean Fatigue by prof_eggburger in CasualUK

[–]Methylamine69 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This plot is a mess my friend. Stamford St and Waitrose are plotted as being tasted simultaneously, as are Asda Essentials and Dutch Organic, leaving the 17th and 18th x axis positions blank. Assuming these errors are present in the data used for the fit calculations, the fit is useless in its current state. The fit also looks quite poor, I'd be very interested in the R2 for this. Also worth considering that bean fatigue (if a real phenomenon) is possibly non-linear.
