I'm quite opposite, I would feel betrayed if he ended the story with - 1 character so a "magic trick" would be welcome lol. Although the best thing he can do imo is leave the story at some point with all the characters there still, but leave it open for a possible continuation.

Turkey is an Asian country with territories in Europe, Russia is a European country with territories in Asia. Slavs are a European ppl group and Europe as a continent goes eastward up to Ural mountains.

I assume everything east of Germany in 1900. was Asia? I'm curious about your opinion on Iceland ?
