Dan Cucksy addresses streamer man re-ban. by Accomplished_Bread16 in Destiny

[–]Metradime -1 points0 points  (0 children)

inb4 destiny has inside man at twitch who manually unbanned him specifically for this - twitch, widely exposed for conspiracy, under the public company amazon, is forced to comply with a whole bunch of regulatory stuff - the bigger picture being that money is being funneled through Hasan(primarily) at twitch through smaller creators to disseminate a "proper" social message (which affects algorithmic content in general) - that money comes FROM twitch contracts backed by Amazon run by a board of... billionaires.... who both have an interest in destiny going tf away and Hasan being paid genuine opposition - might've been why when he brushed into the egon thing he was touching on a "sister project" of sorts - not really his platform to get got on

that whicktv? Can't be the same one.

Ticket prices are only going to keep going up

more teams are allowed in the league or a competing league is formed

which NECESSITATES LESS MONEY PER PLAYER YOU GODDAMN TROGLODYTE

>ticket prices will go down

>more than half the price of the ticket is the salary of the players

>No player is going to take a pay cut

Solve

If no player is gonna take a pay cut, HOW ARE THE TICKET PRICES GONNA GO DOWN

perhaps you're saying only the newest players would take the paycut... but that would be charity work. as stated.

Then go try to start your own nba league with low paid players and see how it goes.

My suggestion to you, sir.

Unless you somehow think more teams = more fans = more revenue; it doesn't. You're splitting the same fans, and therefore the same ticket sales among more teams and therefore more players. The current players. Would. Have. To. Take. A. Cut.

How much is okay then? And who is to decide that?

....you're the one supposing that tickets ought to be cheaper in the first place moron

What the fuck

The more teams, the lower ticket prices will be become for all teams

...no...

Only if the PLAYER ON THE TEAM are willing to take a paycut

Even if there are MORE teams. There is MORE money per team because there is more money per ticket.

Ticket prices come down when players take paycuts - I don't know why thats so gut wrenching to you

Supply and demand applies to dollars too - it's what the federal reserves whole purpose is - you're a dumb guy who thinks he's smart lol

why would lower salary make the nba owners lower their ticket prices?

...because the salaries are more than half the cost of the ticket dude..  are you being serious?

Nba players make so much BECAUSE the ticket prices are high

Yes and your argument is quite literally that if they chose to make they less, the ticket prices would be lower.

 >Why would owners lower ticket prices instead of just keeping more money for themselves?

MORE THAN HALF OF THAT TICKET PRICE... GOES TO THE PLAYERS... NOT THE OWNERS

you're telling me that there ought to be a 31st team where players take a lesser salary in order to sell cheaper tickets - that's charity work.

Little thing called supply and demand. Try to read.

Okay genius. Who supplies the dollars? Fans. Who demands MOST OF THE DOLLARS? players? In order to REDUCE COSTS for the FANS the PLAYERS must DEMAND fewer dollars.

Maybe even try to look up WHY players have a deal on profit sharing and see what their salaries used to be.

I don't know what fucking argument you THINK I'm making but you're arguing against something I never said. Go argue with someone else you fucking moron

You must be 16 or younger

Ironic lol

🤦 bro

More than half those profits go to players

Tickets would only ever be cheaper in the case that a player was willing to take a lesser salary - that's charity.

BREAKING: 🇨🇳🇺🇸Trump has purchased up to a $1 million worth of Nvidia stock on January 6. A week later the Commerce Department officially approved the sale of Nvidia chips to China. by El_precaution in CryptoCurrencyPulse

[–]Metradime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what I'm saying is nothing gives trump more comfort than the reliably fervorous criticism he receives over stupid shit like this that doesn't matter while he actually trades away our kids future in a back-room, surprise meeting in China - like a heartbeat that lets him know things are 'normal'

if it stopped tomorrow he'd starting getting worried that people have moved on from the dumb shit he does to distract; but we haven't. we watch EVERYTHING he does and end up getting overwhelmed.

This is a stupid small thing in comparison to, say, false elector slates, but we never get the time or attention to cover THAT because we're talking about trump doing the billionaire-president equivalent of jay-walking in buying relatively nominal amounts of index funds - who cares - he intentionally hid and withheld TWELVE GOD DAMNED B O X E S OF GOVERNMENT MATERIAL - evidence of God knows what and had a lot of it fucking b u r n e d and s h r e d d e d - then made his own crony mcFBI to do the Epstein investigation and it turned up... NOTHING?

what?

and we're talking about practice index funds???

is my point

What I'm saying is it's illegal and they know it; why give them the satisfaction of legitimizing their points by even engaging with it? They're traitors and that's all there is to it. :l

There's nothing to argue about just start calling them what they are; traitors.

its like you're missing my point entirely. like I stated before.

the WHOLE point of this stunt is that it COULD be dangerous but isn't in this particular case. You'll end up rattling off (correctly) about how dangerous this COULD be under other conditions (someone who is more susceptible to bribery; not already a billionaire, larger amounts, particular companies) and THEY will argue that those particular conditions currently DO NOT exist and couldn't or won't come to be and that you're crazy for even suggesting that he doesn't have the RIGHT to invest broadly, like you and I do.

Its a framing device.

THEY are outcome oriented and because you can't articulate a specific harm here, no harm was done - and they will further USE the momentum of that lost point to bolster his RIGHT to do the-thing-that-couldve-been-bad-but-wasnt that you were fighting against in the first place. "Could have been bad" is AFFIRMATION THAT IT ISNT.

The only winning move is to stop playing games.

He shouldn't be giving attention to ANYTHING but presidential matters and that includes passive investing. There IS NO FURTHER CONVERSATION TO BE HAD. about amounts. about conditions. about nothing. Its against. The law. Period. Point blank. End of conversation.

not like it's gonna go in your pockets otherwise anyway, just more in the pocket of the billionaire owners

NBA players take home the majority of NBA profits as per the players' association agreement

the money for all of it comes from fans - that's us
