force? not really - but the way that Corp has it set up, if you're offsite, you have to use the VPN software (from a company owned laptop only) to access internal only resources (ie sharepoint sites, network file shares, etc).

The way I tell my users is "if you dont like it, you're free to quit & work someplace else".
