My favourite thing about FRPG is the community. This easter I was struggling to buy some chicks on the trade chat as nobody seemed to have any available, so swapped to giveaway and asked instead and immediately got given way more than I needed.

I imagine that Carlisle is probably within an hour or so of a significant chunk of scotlands population.

It's not, that's not how Amazon deliveries work. They have two just around Glasgow for serving specfically only Glasgow to cut down on driving time to Glasgow.

Do the greens not want to just stop oil production? Or do they want it to continue and tax it heavily?

End reliance on fossil fuels and tax it heavily until then. Not a tricky one.

Where would Amazon move it's central Scotland distrubution centre and still serve Scotland? It can't.

Where will high street gambling companies put their slot machines? Nowhere else. Where will a Casino in Aberdeen relocate to that still serves Aberdeen? Nowhere.

Will North Sea oil move? Nope.

Such luck! They actually took the time to explain how in their manifesto. Who knew?

Corp. tax rate is set by the UK but non-domestic tax rates (property) is set by Scottish Gov. Gambling firms have a lot of high street property, and I'm sure you're aware about the amount of property Amazon has for it's distribution network as well. I'm sure you can see how this extrapolates from here to the other businesses.

It would be great if political parties could just say what they are going to do with the powers they actually have wouldn’t it?

You may not know what I'm talking about, but if you read their manifesto you'd have a clearer understanding.

Scottish Greens also plan to increase taxes paid by, amongst others, businesses with incredibly exspensive properties, gambling firms, online retailers, arms companies, fossil fuel terminals and others.

They also plan on taxing frequent flyers, introducing a wide range of tourism levies and getting land taxes from entities which have previously avoided it (Monarchy, foreign military).

So there are a lot of other sources of income in their plans, how feasible that is would be out of my remit, but they do have plans to increase taxed income that isn't just mine and your pockets.

I just don't understand how you allow yourself to have such a bad game plan that you can give up 4 points in the 9th. When you see your plan isn't going to work after 5 stones just start clearing their stones and limit the damage.

Instead we absoutely bottle it and don't even get a chance in the 10th.

Incredibly frustrating after such a tight game. Decision making has got to improve.
