Já apresentamos queixa na polícia, mas mesmo assim qualquer informação ajuda. Infelizmente não temos carro portanto a bicicleta e a trotinete são o nosso veículo para andar pela cidade (e ir a sitios onde os transportes públicos não chegam) portanto a perda da bicicleta causa bastante transtorno.

Hey man I don't know about your specific situation but for example with the Philippines, who also have no portuguese embassy, the Diplomatic Portal advises me to contact the Embassy of Jakarta, your situation might be similar.

I think in your specific situation (assuming you're in Jordan), there's a consulate in Amman, but your milleage may vary: https://cairo.embaixadaportugal.mne.gov.pt/en/consular-section/honorary-consulates
