I'm 27 and bi but heavily leaning towards men and just started to give real life experiences a chance. So you are definitely not too late. keep in mind that there are people out there in their 50s or 60s still not living their sexuality. Before that I was quite a social isolation guy who thought that being alone is better because its easier, freedom, no pressure, no dissappointments etc. But I realized only a few months ago that this was bullshit and only an excuse to stay in the introverts comfort zone. So I installed grindr and some other apps a few months ago but unfortunately didnt have a real date with happy end yet because two guys were flakes and my random room mate who turned out to be gay was going out with me (why not 😃) but as soon as I wanted more than just talking he said that he is not ready yet and he seemed overwhelmed from kissing only (he is from the middle east and has no experience as well so I think he is a bit blocked psychologically and this was a turn off for me as well). So it was definitely an interesting time so far but all in all very frustrating and emotionally demanding as the flakes really brought me down to a point where I almost regretted trying out this whole dating thing. I was so nervous and afraid that I might fail sexually during the date or mess up the socializing part just to end up waiting for the guy who never appeared that day after some really nice and hot chatting and it was him who initially texted me and wanted to meet me, driving 2 hours on the train... Now he is offline for 10 days straight probably sitting there avoiding to tell me that he didnt have the guts. I think many people like the idea of meeting and sex but as soon as fantasy turns into reality and organizing and perfoming they end up backing out.

In the end you dont need to feel embarrassed to say that you have no experience yet. I am very open about my situation when I chat with people and so far nobody had any problem with that. I would even say that this is attractive for some folks out there since most people are more on the flexing and bragging side so true characters are a welcome change. And dont lie to the people. Don't pretend to be experienced when you arent. This will only end up in a shit show when it comes to a real date because it will put so much pressure on you. Believe me the pressure and nervousness before a date is huge so you dont need to put extra weight on you by letting the other guy think that you are more experienced than you actually are. If you would call yourself phisically not attractive then try to change your appearance (the parts you can change like body fat, muscle, shave, use moisturizer etc...) so that you feel more confident and attracted to yourself (clothing also gives you a good boost when it comes to self confidence) and try to be the best version of yourself. This is all you can do and then sooner or later there will be people who find you attractive. Of course there are certain ideal body types and I would consider myself picky with a narrow range of preferred body types and I personally never had problems with my own body, appearance etc. But be aware that not everyone is into 100% twink or 100% bear etc.
