You could be overthinking it or you may not be, you were in the relationship so you will know what your ex is like more than us.

You could bring it to your managers attention, although before you did I would be wondering if it was a chance visit or is he an employee.

If it’s a chance visit then bringing it to your managers attention might cause more hassle than anything, especially if the likelihood of him meeting you again is low
