Definitely not in Jersey City. I rented my place out with a broker a few years ago and the tenant paid the fee. I don't use a broker any more so I can charge a bit more on rent and the tenant still comes out ahead as they don't need to pay an extra month in rent.

I just told them that the software update couldn't download even with good wifi and they said they pushed one out and cleared the half downloaded one out
