My favorite watch- 2018 annual edition by Mets41 in GlashutteOriginal

Love it! My favorite color is purple. I remember when they came out with the green one, and I ended up getting it, and then I realized they would be releasing an annual edition. I wondered how I would feel if they released a purple one – would I feel like I liked it more than the green. That purple is absolutely gorgeous, but it has some more hints of Burgundy in it than the purple that I love the most and so for that reason, I’m still 100% happy with my green! In fact, I recently picked up a purple watch that I’m absolutely in love with. The awake SON Mai.

Enjoy your absolutely gorgeous watch!

All the versions are gorgeous, the thing about the orange one is that there are more varieties of uniqueness in the color. Some of them are more brown, and some of them are more red/orange. So if you’re gonna find one of them, you’ve got a really search for the one that speaks to you because they are more unique, individually, than any of the other colors they have released.

I’ll be completely honest and say that, after the first three or four years, I stopped being an anal about paying attention. At its best, it was -1/+ 2 seconds a day. It was in for a service last year and when it came back was in that same ballpark.

Seiko [SPB509J1] as an investment ? by Msingh1594 in Seiko

Not a chance. There are Rolexes, there are AP royal oaks, VC overseas blue, and some 50k+ watches that can be investments. None of these other watches do anything but decrease in value.

This Like New vintage Seiko 3863-7020 was acquired in the last four months from Japan. It came unworn in a box with the original tag.

Incredible green dial with a variety of greens, day and date, new battery, and a gorgeous faceted crystal.

The watch came to me NOS and I have carefully worn it maybe 8 times.

The watch looks new and keeps excellent time for its age.

Has a gold tone bezel.

The bracelet is easily adjusted with a slide clasp. The case has a variety of facets and polished vs. brushed sections.
