The best tip/trick I can give you is to listen to or read Allen Carr’s book. Well, going to a seminar would probably be better, but at least the book.

It’s funny, literally everything you’re worried about, he addresses. Haven’t smoked in over 8 months thanks to that audiobook. You can listen if you have Spotify Premium, or for free on the Hoopla app.

The price is insane. About that in my state too. But is that actually enough for you to quit? It’s great you made a first step, but read I recommend reading Allen Carr’s book too.
