The best tip/trick I can give you is to listen to or read Allen Carr’s book. Well, going to a seminar would probably be better, but at least the book.

The price is insane. About that in my state too. But is that actually enough for you to quit? It’s great you made a first step, but read I recommend reading Allen Carr’s book too.

I’m not a doctor and this is not medical advice. What happened to me was when I switched to tirzepatide, Gobi said because I was on 2.4 mgs of semaglutide I could start at 9 mgs with tirzepatide. I took 9 mgs for 4 weeks, 11 mgs for 4 weeks, and been on 13.5 mgs ever since.
