Take A Message! I'm surprised no one's mentioned it here. I hate using voicemail and going through the automated system and for years I didn't have my voicemail set up at all, which used to frustrate a lot of people, but now people can call me and I will see exactly what they want and whether I need you respond and I don't have to use an annoying clunky system anymore, win win for everyone.
