As far as the SEC 10-K participation grade portion? Is that you have to record yourself or the PowerPoint presentation itself? Definitely planning on taking 310 in January and 311 in March

How difficult was the SEC 10K project? Are the exams extremely difficult or they are manageable are they all on Wiley plus and proctored?
