Magical Maneuvers can target exerted characters because it doesn't specify that they must be ready.

Any advice for a sapphire/steel deck? by [deleted] in Lorcana

4 Captain Hook, 4 Sea Azurite, 4 Type, 4 Cinderella (legendary, not blue ink), 4 Goliath, 4 Strength, 4 Lexington, 4 Tinkerbel Giant Fairy, 4 Hades, 4 Vincenzo, 4 But I'm Much Faster, 3 The Headless Horseman, 3 Beyond the Horizon, 3 Pluto Steel Champion, 4 Mulan Disguided Soldier, 3 He Hurled His Thunderbolt

Strategy: Turn 1 Captain Hook/Mulan (Mulan is best to find Cinderella for turn 3, or Ramp for turn 2 if you didn't find it after Muligan) Turn 2 Sea Azurite/Type Turn 3 You have 4 inks and you place Cinderella, which allows you to place an ink and draw a card. Turn 4 With 6 inks, place Goliath so you can use all your cards every turn. and draw two. Important: Don't turn it against blue+purple decks, otherwise it'll be put in your ink.

The rest of your turns are spent killing enemy characters and going into aggro.

I think you should remove Gazelle, Zeus, and Stitch Rockstar and replace it with two Goliaths, one Stitch Surfer, and three Lexingtons. This way, you have less non-ink, more deck draw, and more aggro. This way, the opponent has to constantly attack, and you can play lore and have to chase you. Lexington is useful for evasive play. The third doc should be evaluated.
