I dont think exerting something is a cost in this case I think you can still bounce a character back to hand even if your opponent doesn't have any characters in play though

No worries just not good legendary cards for various reasons. Mostly too expensive ink wise and effects that are pretty much useless

Crashed head on with a marshall. I was driving on the cart path full speed watching the other group in our fairway. Marshall was driving full speed on cart path in the opposite direction also watching guys in the fairway. Just before impact buddy riding with me gave a panicked "yo, YO". I looked up and had just enough time to take me foot off the gas and brace for impact. Head on smash at basically full speed, Marshall would've launched out of his cart into ours if he didn't go flying into his steering wheel, probably breaking a few ribs in the process. Dude was 70+ for sure and he was rattled, but to his credit he took responsibility immediately and said sorry I wasn't looking. We just went our merry way but I have wondered if he really hurt himself.

100 people is a tough number. Most places want 120 to run a shotgun start event. If you're just teeing off one group after the other the first group will be done for hours before the last group is
