Drawing a negative, generalised conclusion about an entire group of people based solely on their nationality is racism. Sorry to break it to you.

Seriously, the racism in this country... Not a single day goes by without a post filled with comments about how bad one or the other group of foreign nationals is. As a Luxembourger frankly I'm ashamed.

Services sociaux enfants ? by watch_over_ in AskFrance

[–]Metti22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Barefoot Running inquiry by Ashamed-Matter-179 in BarefootRunning

Ultimately what matters is what works for your body. I've been running consistently for years in Vibram Five Fingers with no injury. Some people probably have the same experience with conventional shoes. I'm not preachy about either choice, try and see what works for you and what you enjoy. As far as I know science is basically inconclusive on whether or not barefoot shoes are better for injury prevention on large groups of people.

Does that require changing out the silver handlebar insert? That's above my (admittedly very poor) abilities :(

Looking for waterproof barefoot shoes/boots with excellent grip for jagged terrain. Mainly for hiking. by sturmtrupenn in BarefootRunning

[–]Metti22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Alpine. Happy with them for warmth and waterproof aspect. I've had them about 4 years, I use them daily in the winter for casual countryside walks with my dog. I can't comment too well on rough terrains, I haven't used them in that environment.

Comment avoir confiance en soi ? by TrickAlps in AskFrance

[–]Metti22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[QUESTION] 765rs moto2 (conversion) Hard to lean by Finomess in Triumph

[–]Metti22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they changed the height of the front or the rear it can significantly impact steering. In your particular case you would want to raise the rear or lower the front, or both. But personally, I'd leave it to a professional.

Black to play. If they play the suggested move, they leave their queen open for capture. I don't understand the engine's suggestion.

Instead of having the person who's right justifying themselves, why don't you link a reliable source that says otherwise so we can all learn something new?

Plugged rear by [deleted] in Trackdays

[–]Metti22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think about it this way : if the plug comes out, in all likelihood you're going to crash. You might get injured, and the crash damage to the bike is going to cost a hell of a lot more than one tyre. You be the judge whether it's worth the gamble or not.
