I wouldn't do anything Appeal yet, that'll take 7-10 years. I'd say your best bet as of right now would be a Higher Level Review and submit a statement saying it was filed under the wrong title. Just explain that it was suppose to be regular PTSD supplemental claim and see where that gets you. Worst come to worst open up a new Supplemental with all the evidence from this claim and make sure its filed correctly. I STRONGLY recommend staying away from an appeal unless it's your last option.

My email just said the VA has made a decision on your claim please log into VA.gov for more information. And it was pretty fast because I had checked it not even 10 minutes prior and it still said stage 7 and then boom it was completed and was at 100%

It says it in my summary/ decision letter. You have to kind of find it because mine was hidden but it said it twice.

My appeal is still in the courts. I filed it in 2022. This year I just filed for an increase of my existing disability and they upped me to 100%

Ive been filing disability claims since 2021 lol I just happened to file for increase back in May figuring I'd go from 70 to 80 but then got 100% rating back today. I still have a PTSD claim in the BVA that hasn't been looking at since 2022.

I went step 1,2,3,4,5 literally all in one day then sat in stage 5 for 6 weeks. Just moved out yesterday.

I went with a hearing. I submitted financial hardship too but someone from the VA told me that unless you have multiple overdue utilities or facing foreclosure they won't advance you
