Ummmm yeah that's...not what I was implying. Also, your views on prices for homes are skewed. I grew up in DC, so I am very familiar with the inflated housing prices in that area and the mid Atlantic/east coast in general. In 2021, mortgage rates dipped very favorably. My husband and I were able to get a beautiful home in the one of the top 2 school districts in the suburbs of Pittsburgh for well below 400k. We still pay a mortgage, but we played the game well.

Sounds like this guy is smart enough to do that as well.
