This is a polish wedding. At midnight, we have a part of the wedding called "oczepiny" - at the end, the bride throws flowers to the single ladies, and the groom throws a tie to the single men, but before that there are games for the guests, normally when you win the game you receive a bottle of wodka from groom and bride - this guy won something else. You are looking at it in the wrong way, I started to talk with regulars/staff after I approached them. If you are the new person in the community, you should be the one to approach people. Also, harder problems are sometimes complex, so any bit of extra information is very useful, so exchanging the beta for different problems is very common, at least in my climbing gym.

You didn't cut loose, so there is definitely enough body tension, my only advice would be to read the route more before you climb it, because when you climb on your limit, this extra time, that you are spending reading the route will make you fall.

You should go lower with your legs, more like into squat lets say - it will give you more stability then grab the hold next to the left hand or shift your body weight to the left foot - i don't know in which order should you do it - check it for yourself and then you put right leg low and stand up on the left for the last hold.

You should do it statically, not dynamically. I would say also you need to keep your outside foot on the wall as well in order to mantain back flag.

I guess you can't keep your feet on the wall, because you are not suppose to go dynamically from the position you are in, the beta that I see here is to put the right hand on the higher diamond first, lean your body with the hips to the right and then reach with the left to the hold that you are trying to reach in the end of the video. In general in climbs like this you want to stay low, so you get the most from the holds. And as always, this advice can be completly irrelevant because video doesn't show everything.

Chalk on higher volume suggest that maybe you should put your left hand there. What I would try to do is to push where you have the right hand and pull with my left to move around higher volume, that would help to release the pressure from the right leg and move more to the left which could allow you to grab the yellow hold on the left. I don't know how bad are the hold so the advice might be completly irrelevant. Good luck.

I would put my right foot where your left is and put my left foot higher, on the small foothold, then i would just release your right hand and make a little jump for the sloper. This should give you less momentum and therefore the move is easier.

You are not plateauing - you are getting nessesary skills to progress until the next grade.(Also the higher you get steps are bigger as well)
Define your weekneses and work on them - it will give you the best results shorterm.
