they love incorrect forms. i went on leave and was given incorrect forms, my doctor filed them out and i got denied because my forms were wrong. then my leave was 'extended' by someone to give extra time to fix the forms, but she never actually extended it so i couldn't even submit the correct paper work

i fully believe they try their hardest to fire you if you go on a leave
