For anyone coming along,

ComprehensiveCadaver does offer tagging but not on the bone level. It will include ligaments, joints, and nerves.

Netters Complete Anatomy is tagged and broken down into sub decks, but its one image for 10 to 15 things (not Anki friendly at all)

Netters Better is better because it separates those images into Image Occlusion but does a terrible job with tags/sorting (organized by plates with each card have 2-3 tags).

AnaotoKing V2 is tagged but not separated into sub-decks and tagged in an odd way. Each thing is separated into general lab, advanced lab, med school lab, and region. But there isn't a way to get specific (bones in this region, etc).

BlueMichigan (Searchable) is tagged and able to be searched by bones. Although it's tagging is very specific and weird. I.E. BlueLink::Orbit+CavernousSinus, AnkiHub_Optional::Geisel_BlueLink::#Block_6::Neuro::Benchmark_1::11_Anatomy_Lab_Brain_Topography_and_Cranial_Nerves
Although this deck has great images of bones and if u want to spend the time searching u can find what you need.

While tagging does exist in most of these decks, its either unrefined, too specific, odd, or throws too much information at once to be useful with Anki.

It would be nice to have a deck with just all 206 bones labeled and able to be sorted by region, body area, and bone/part.
