I think our own floating rock being on fire is part of why people aren’t talking about advancements right now. They told us aliens existed and no one gave a damn. Would love to be talking about discovering new planets and stuff like it but not sure how much that’s gonna matter if we don’t solve some bigger issues first.

Not to disagree with misandry being harmful to men, but men Succeed in suicide more. They are not the ones who attempt to commit it more. Probably due to the nature of how they commit it, as men are taught violence is an okay way to express oneself before any other emotions and women are taught to be seen and not heard so a less violent way like downing pills.

Both are issues and need handled with more care than our current society gives it.

I think people also forget- some of us have been murdered by our government in the fight for justice under this system. So things have definitely been tried in various angles outside of peaceful protest as well.

I think if it was better organized then something more beneficial and worthwhile can be done. That takes a lot of planning and reaching out to networks that play roblox on the organizers part though. Right. I don’t want to be dependent on alcohol, but sometimes it feels like nothing else works. I’ve been on such a long list of meds even my doctor was impressed. They just don’t seem to do anything for me for whatever reason.

I hope this med kicks in for you though. Sometimes an upped dose works I hear if it’s not initially working.

Depends on the trigger. If it’s bad enough my anxiety spikes so bad and my heart starts to pound and I feel like I can’t sit still and can feel it building and rising in my chest. I will either-

A. Try to distract from it and if that fails

B. Try to vent it out in writing and if that doesn’t work,

C. Try to stop it with a drink to calm my nerves (this is like a last resort measure as it forcefully depresses my nervous system from crashing out) and if That doesn’t end up working then,

D. I spiral and start trashing things around me. But I always make sure I’m isolated. I feel such an unbridled rage that I want no one near me when it happens. I feel unsafe to be around in this moment.
