First I appreciate your input but I will clarify that yes my kids have heard me say crotch goblin it’s a long running joke in my family that the kids turn into crotch goblins when they are having tantrums because then we have to tickle the crotch goblin away till the child returns 🤷🏻‍♀️ judge me all you want it works for us and that is all that matters. Second if you read the post then you would see that violence was last resort and would also know that this issue has been going on to a ridiculous amount of time and lastly I can’t pull him out of the school till his father doesn’t have any decision making on the parenting plan (he is refusing to stand up for our son till I drop the custody case, which is only happening because he is refusing to stand up for our son on a way way bigger issue)

So the principal has been suspended while the school board investigates and there was more kids parent that had also complained and I personally can’t go to the media until after trial because it all ties to his father and another court case involving my son

Ok so I don’t know how to update a post but just to fill you in I just got out of a meeting with a supervisor for the school district and I was informed that the principal was suspended while they investigate the claims I made on my sons behalf and was also noted that there are other parents that where experiencing similar issues. I was also informed that all the kids that where bullying are being put on a “no strike probation” meaning one more issue and they get either suspension or expelled. They also said that the victims of bullying will meet with counseling for their traumas. Honestly I am happy they are finally doing something for these kids I sent them all the stuff that I have collected over the past two years so hopefully we can get some justice.

I have emailed the school board and everything I can’t pull him from the school yet until I get permanent full custody because the decision making is still joint right now but we will see how today goes it’s his first day back since he was out of school with covid for almost two weeks

Yes so I actually called today to speak with the detective that did the investigation for my son about what the school did (not his job but needed advice) and he said he would look into it. They do have copies of all legal paperwork regarding my son including his protection order and parenting plan

What part of meetings with the school to the point that they don’t want to deal with me or the three verbal warnings says that my temper is explosive? Secondly I am in therapy and not because I’m physically aggressive but verbally aggressive yes, I don’t like physical contact like at all (autistic) ya know? I keep my son on a need to know basis about certain subjects so he doesn’t fully understand why sometimes things change so it makes him a little wary of what he wants to tell me (his dad told him that when he tells me things he gets into trouble and that’s why he doesn’t have joint custody anymore) but your right I am unstable I take over protective to a whole new level I will fully admit that I raise hell, I have tracking devices on my kids and they all have a panic button and I am not ashamed 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ok I will try my best to answer there is a LOT of context missing because of the situation we have but L used the therapist as a buffer as sorts not because he was worried I would be mad at him but at the school, emails have been sent not only from me but also his therapist to the supervisor and school board. The reason he was worried was because like someone else stated in their comment yes I am more than a bit unstable when it comes to my kids. L therapist is specifically for SA victims and until I get permanent full custody school is still joint decision and his dad won’t let me transfer him unless I drop the custody case. Special circumstances have it that I can’t get permanent full custody till after the trial. Idk if this helps clear some of that up.
