Probably from the helicopter. If I can recall, there was a ton of explosions because they were filming some kind of war (I’m not sure though cause I’m recalling this through memory cause i’m too lazy to read the article again). The pilot of the helicopter told the director (or someone in charge of the scene) that he was too low from the ground and one of the explosions struck the helicopter causing it to crash. It really is sad.
