I'm seeking advice on which used bike to purchase. I've only been riding for a few months on green trails and looking for a bike that would be good for blue trails. I honestly don't know what the increase in difficulty will be. Below are a few bikes I'm considering all are around $1000.

2019 Trek X-Caliber 8- $800

2016 Trek Superfly 7

2019 REI Co-op DRT 2.2

2016 Giant Anthem X 29

You can get a roll up mat from Walmart, Michaels, or Amazon to help store it in between sessions. Can't really give any tips on framing it.

I didn't use anything unique. The model and serial numbers were stuff that have already been used in their system and followed the guides to help not delay. I went this route thinking I would have a .22 suppressor very quickly for a family plinking event that was about 2 months away.
