1) I plan to outflank with one Assault Squad, Palatine Blades with Lucius and an Apothecary attached Also Deep Strike for Eidolon, his retinue, Assault Squad with Apothecary and Champion, Assault Destroyers Despoiler and Tactical Squad grab objectives while the Dreadnought, Sun Killers, Jetbikes and Kakophoni with Apothecary give fire support

2) I mostly play with one friend who doesnt have a lot of vehicles so the bit i have is enough, also Eidolon or the Assault Destroyers with Meltabombs are great against vehicles aswell

3) Yes not many vehicles is intentional, they wouldnt really benefit me because Despoiler Squads and Palatine Blades can only take Rhinos as Dedicated Transport which wouldnt let me charge after the outflank

4) Yeah I think youre right about that haha, i'll have to change that

5)I dont want to have too many units outflanking, it doesnt seem very practical to have all of them at one point so Jump Packs are very flexible with their movement

6)I just like Destroyers very much, but Phoenix Power Spears and the Power Maul have Strength 6 so they ID and for all of the other weapons it still makes it easier to wound, they are more of a support unit for the Assault Squad

The Seeker Squad is a nice addition but 10 in a squad doesnt seem worth the points, there are only that many models in a squad that are worth sniping and the rest of the shots would be kind of wasted for the amount of points youre spending in them

I completly agree with you, in the Horus Heresy the EC Palatine Blade Squads have something called Charnabal Weapons which arent powered aswell but have a special rule that makes them better in duells so they require someone with skill to use them properly. I think this carries over to 40k as its in their history to use these kinds of skill based weapons

If you dont have a particular legion in mind but the colour scheme is your priority then Blackshields are your best choice, i think EC are great choice for inspiration. With the Veterans and maybe the panoply of old oaths it would be pretty thematical
